At Elevate Artworks, we want every customer to love their kit. Although we are unable to accept physical returns, we proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund—no return required.

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or you are simply not satisfied with it, please email us and we will either:

• Issue a full refund, or

• Replace any damaged or missing parts free of charge

We may request photos to help us understand the issue and improve our quality control.

No Returns Accepted

We are unable to accept the return shipment of products. You may keep, gift, donate, or recycle the item once refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you still retain the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Please contact us at info@elevateartworks.com to exercise this right. You will not be required to return the product to receive your refund.

 

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
